Introduction
All phones have the same function — connecting people via voice. Aside from the number keypad, though, they don't all have the same buttons. The Quick Start Guides for each model of the Cisco phones that Pima uses can help you learn what each button on your phone does and how to use them. Those guides contain illustrations that identify the phone controls, as well as short step-by-step procedures for common tasks you might perform with the phone. You can select the image of a phone in the group below to view the quick start guide for that model, or select a file attached in the lower-right of this article to download it.

Calling
Inside the College: Make internal calls using only the recipient’s four-digit extension. For example, to call the Service Desk, you would dial 4900.
Outside the College: Call external numbers using 10-digit dialing, even if the number has a 520 area code. For example, to call a local vendor, you would dial 520-555-4321.
International Calling: You must request and specify a need for international calling. The default is national calling.
