Resetting Your Voicemail PIN on the Self-Service Portal

Steps to Take

  1. Navigate to user.webex.com.Screen capture of the Webex sign-in page, showing an email address field and a button labeled sign in.
  2. Enter your Pima email address, and then click Sign In. The single sign-on page opens.
  3. Sign in as usual with your MyPima credentials. The Self-Service Portal opens.
  4. Navigate by selecting Settings, then Calling, then Voicemail, then Reset Voicemail PIN.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. Follow the instructions to reset your PIN.

  6. Click Save.

Note: If you do not have access to the options shown here, or if you want to set up a voicemail PIN for a shared extension, create an IT Support ticket or contact the Service Desk at 520‑206‑4900.
