Selecting a Ringtone on Your Cisco Phone

You can select a ringtone that is different from the default one so you can tell from a distance whether it is your desk phone that is ringing.

Steps to Take

  1. Press Applications. 
  2. Navigate to User preferences.
  3. Navigate to Ringtone.
  4. Select an extension and scroll to a ringtone.
  5. Press Play to preview ringtone.
  6. Press Select to choose ringtone.
  7. Press Set to confirm.
  8. Press Back three times or press Applications.
