If you're experiencing issues with your MyPima account, whether it's login problems, navigating the site, or encountering missing features, request support here. This service is specifically for issues with the MyPima website itself.

Your MyPima username and password are required to access several Pima services, including PCC-owned computers, D2L, Office 365, and Google services. If you can log in to MyPima but are having trouble with these services, please use the search bar at the top of the page or navigate to the Service Catalog under the “Services” section in the blue bar to find more detailed support articles.

If you're unable to log in, use the Password Reset Tool to resolve login-related issues. Please note that the Password Reset Tool is only helpful for login problems; other issues, such as site navigation errors or missing features, will require you to submit a request for support. If you’re unable to reset your password using the self-service tool, or if you're locked out of your account, submit a request for support.
