Introduction
This article is a guide to resetting or changing your password using the Self-Service Password Reset system.
A password reset can be used as an alternative method to access a new account.
Requirements
Instructions
- Go to the Self-Service Password Reset page.

- Enter your MyPima username.
- You will then be prompted to select a method to reset your password.
- Answer Security Questions (Staff and Students)
- This option will then prompt you to enter answers to your three security questions that you set up prior to resetting your password.
- Send an email (Only Students)
- You will receive an email to the address you used when you applied to the college.
- If you do not receive an email, please Request Account Support.
- Authenticate via Duo (Only Students)
- This option requires the Duo Mobile app and must have been set up prior to resetting your password.
- Once you have authenticated, you will be prompted to create a new password.

- After your password change is successful, you can expect to receive two confirmation emails within a few minutes.
