MyPima Password Reset Guide

Introduction

This article is a guide to resetting or changing your password using the Self-Service Password Reset system. This tool provides secure password management by requiring you to enter your MyPima username, answer security questions, and use Duo multi-factor authentication (MFA) before you can change your password.

  1. Go to the Self-Service Password Reset page.
  2. Enter your MyPima username.
  3. Answer your security questions.
  4. Create a new password.
  5. After your password change succeeds, you can expect two confirmation emails within a few minutes.
