Too Many Incorrect Password Attempts

  • Repeatedly entering the wrong password can temporarily lock your account.
    • Solution:
      • Wait 15 Minutes: After five incorrect attempts, your account will be locked for approximately 15 minutes. Wait for the lockout period to expire before trying again.
      • Reset Your Password (If Necessary):
        • If you cannot recall the correct password, follow the steps in the MyPima Password Reset Process to create a new password.
        • After resetting, ensure you use the new password when signing in.

Recently Changed Password While Off-Campus

  • If you've recently changed your password while off-campus, the new password might not sync with your computer’s local password.
    • Solution:
      • While on a Pima Campus, connect to the PCC Access WiFi network to re-sync your password with your device.
      • Once connected, use your updated password to log in.
