Details
Error: Username or Password is Incorrect
When attempting to log in, you may receive the "Username or Password is Incorrect" error message.
- Ensure you are entering the password correctly.
- In some cases, resetting your MyPima password will resolve login issues. Please follow the MyPima Password Reset Guide for more details.
- If you are still unable to log in, please Request Account Support for further assistance.
Too Many Incorrect Password Attempts
Repeatedly entering the wrong password can temporarily lock your account.
- After five incorrect attempts, your account will be locked for approximately 15 minutes. Wait for the lockout period to expire before trying again, or Request Account Support for further assistance.
Recently Changed Password While Off-Campus
If you've recently changed your password while off-campus, the new password might not sync with your computer’s local password.
- While on a Pima Campus, connect to the PCC Access WiFi network to resync your password with your device.
- Once connected, use your updated password to log in.
