What is an A Number? (Student ID)

Overview

An A Number is your unique student ID number, always beginning with “A” followed by 8 digits. Treat this as you would your Social Security number — protected and private.

Viewing Your A Number on MyPima

  1. Log in to my.pima.edu and select your profile image in the upper-right.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select View Profile.
  3. On your profile page, your A number is displayed under the ID section.

Getting Support

If you need your A Number, but can’t access MyPima, create a Request Account Support ticket.
