What is an A Number?

Overview

An "A Number" is your unique school ID number, always beginning with “A” followed by 8 digits. Treat this as you would your Social Security number -- protected and private.

Viewing Your A Number on MyPima

To view your A number on MyPima:

  1. Log in to my.pima.edu and select your profile photo in the top-right.
    Select your profile photo then "View Profile"
  2. From the pop-up menu, select "View Profile"
  3. On the new page, your A number will be displayed under the ID section.
