MyPima Password Reset - Common Issues


This article provides a list of common issues and errors you may encounter when resetting your MyPima password and ways to fix them.


Invalid entry for the "Username" field:

  • This error means that an invalid character has been entered, usernames must not contain capitalized letters or special characters.

Error: Account not found:

  • This error means that your account has not been found in our system, verify that you are entering the correct username.
  • If you are unsure of your username you can find it using your A# in the Forgot Username tool.

I don't know recovery questions:

  • Please reach out to the IT Service Desk at 520-206-4900.

I am not receiving the recovery email:

  • Check your Spam folder in your email, if the email is still missing, please reach out to the IT Service Desk at 520-206-4900.

I don't know my A Number:

  • If you are unsure of your A number, check your personal email for your acceptance email, this will include your A number.
  • If you still cannot locate your A number, please reach out to the Registrar's Office and request your A number at 520-206-4967
