Overview

Adobe Sign is a cloud-based electronic signature platform that allows users to request and obtain legally binding digital signatures on various document types, including PDFs and Word documents. Signers receive an email with a secure link to review and sign the document through their web browser; no additional software is required on the signer's end.

Installation

  • No installation is required. Adobe Sign is accessed entirely through a web browser.

Access Information

  • Adobe Sign can be accessed at: https://documents.adobe.com/public/login or through the link provided in the email notification.
  • Initiators must sign in using their MyPima credentials.
  • Documents are uploaded, fields are placed, and recipients are designated directly through the Adobe Sign interface.

Common Issues

  • Problem: I receive a prompt to delegate signing instead of being allowed to sign a document.
