Report a Software Problem

Technical assistance for Pima owned software: Installation, general usage, troubleshooting errors, and assist with contacting technical support.

When submitting a ticket for software support, please provide specific information:

  • What is the name of the software?
  • Are you seeing any type of error or, is a program crashing?
  • Do you need help installing a program?
  • Do you need help using a program that is already installed?

When possible, please attach screenshots to the ticket.
This will allow us to better troubleshoot the problem you are having.
