Report a Device Problem

Hardware troubleshooting and repair for all PCC-owned computing devices and peripherals excluding printers.

 

Maintenance: Request if your computer is not working the way you expect it.

Examples: Running slowly, has a large buildup of dust or needs an Operating system update.

 

Repair:  Request if a physical part of your computer has broken.

Examples: Keyboard has a stuck key, the screen has a crack, or the computer isn't turning on.

 

Troubleshooting: Request if you are having general issues with the hardware of your computer and you are unsure what the issue is.
