Overview
PimaOnline utilizes D2L/Brightspace as its Learning Management System (LMS). This platform facilitates a wide range of online and hybrid courses, allowing for flexible learning opportunities. Through Brightspace, PCC students can access course materials, submit assignments, participate in discussions, and take assessments from any location with Internet access.

- Follow the steps below for Basic Web Browser Troubleshooting:
- Problem: Missing Courses
- Solution: Students who have registered for classes, but the classes are not appearing in D2L, should be directed to reach out to pcc-enroll@pima.edu.
Access Information
- D2L is accessible by current Students and Faculty and can be accessed via the login portal:
- D2L uses Single Sign-On with the user's MyPima credentials to log in.

- Students
- If a Student has issues or questions in regards to D2L, they should be directed to one of the contacts listed below.
- When directing Students to D2L Support, ask them to provide the following information:
- Class Number (CRN)
- Student Username
- Student A Number
- A detailed description of their issue or question.
- Faculty
- If a Faculty member has issues or questions in regards to D2L or requests training, direct them to Pima's D2L support.
- When directing Faculty to D2L Support, ask them to provide the following information:
- Class Number (CRN)
- Faculty Username
- A detailed description of their issue or question.
