Solution

  1. Check Your Internet Connection
    • Turn off Wi-Fi on your device and see if you get a push notification using your cellular data.
      • Ensure that you have a strong cellular signal.
  2. Verify Your Device's Time and Date
    • An incorrect time on your device can prevent Duo notifications from arriving.
    • Go into your phone's settings and make sure the date and time are set to update automatically. Then restart your device and try again.
  3. Reactivate Duo Mobile
    • If the steps above don't fix the issue, you may need to reactivate your Duo Mobile app 
    • To reactivate the app, please follow the Duo MFA Enrollment Quick Start Guide to add a Duo Mobile device.
