Solution
- Check Your Internet Connection
- Turn off Wi-Fi on your device and see if you get a push notification using your cellular data.
- Ensure that you have a strong cellular signal.
- Verify Your Device's Time and Date
- An incorrect time on your device can prevent Duo notifications from arriving.
- Go into your phone's settings and make sure the date and time are set to update automatically. Then restart your device and try again.
- Reactivate Duo Mobile
- If the steps above don't fix the issue, you may need to reactivate your Duo Mobile app
