Steps to Take
- Navigate to user.webex.com.
- Enter your Pima email address, and then click Sign In. The single sign-on page opens.
- Sign in as usual with your MyPima credentials. The Self-Service Portal opens.
- Navigate by selecting Settings, then Calling, then Voicemail, then Reset Voicemail PIN.
- Follow the instructions to reset your PIN.
- Click Save.
Note: If you do not have access to the options shown here, or if you want to set up a voicemail PIN for a shared extension, create an IT Support ticket or contact the Service Desk at 520‑206‑4900.
