Introduction
This guide is designed to help you reset your password on the MyPima portal, the online hub for Pima Community College students and faculty. If you've forgotten your password or need to update it for any reason, you're in the right place. Follow these step-by-step instructions to regain access to your account.
Instructions
- Open a Web Browser and navigate to MyPima
- In the address bar of your web browser, navigate to: https://mypima.pima.edu and press Enter. This will take you to the MyPima login page.
- Access Password Reset
- Once you're on the MyPima login page, look below the login boxes, and you'll find an option that says Forgot Password. Click on this link to initiate the password reset process.
- Enter Your Username
- On the new page that opens, you'll be prompted to enter your MyPima username. After entering your username, click the Submit button.
- Choose Your Recovery Method
- Depending on your selected recovery method, you'll follow one of two paths:
- Security Questions
- If you've chosen to answer security questions, you will be asked to provide the correct answers to your pre-established security questions. Enter your answers as prompted.
- Email Recovery
- If you've chosen email recovery, you will be presented with a Send Email button. Click on this button to initiate a recovery message to your registered email address. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the recovery process.
- Complete Account Recovery
- Follow the prompts that correspond to your chosen recovery method. This may involve answering security questions, verifying your email, or creating a new password. Ensure that you follow all instructions carefully to successfully reset your password.
