Banner Document Management Access

Summary

This article describes how to gain access to and use Banner Document Management (BDM), and includes tips to make your browser most compatible with BDM.

Background

Banner Document Management is a record repository for College records. Departments currently using the system are Financial Aid, Registrar’s Office, and Sponsored Programs. To request access to BDM, employees should submit an eBar to be reviewed and approved by the functional areas. The BDM module is managed by Information Security - Information Assurance and Records (Gloria Coronado) with technical support from Enterprise Services - Banner Technical Support (Will Wildman). Records are managed and maintained by the Application owner (department).

Requirements

If working off-campus, you must first establish a secure remote connection by signing in to the VPN. For details, see this knowledge base article
