Zoom is a virtual meetings and webinar platform.
A user can request a Basic account by creating a Software Request ticket. Once set up, the user would access the account via their Pima credentials. Basic access gives the user up to 40 minutes of hosting time.
If the user provides a business justification in the ticket request, they can obtain a fully licensed account with a full-time limit.
There is a limit to the number of available fully licensed accounts, but no limit on number of Basic accounts available.
Purchasing needs a ticket to make the account.
