Introduction

This article provides instructions for using the self-service printing portal at Pima Community College, allowing students to upload documents from their personal devices and securely release their print jobs at any designated campus public printer location.

Details

Uploading the Document to the Web Print Portal

  1. Open a web browser on a personal device and navigate to: pima.printercloud.com/webprint [External Link]
  2. Click the SIGN IN WITH SSO button on the main sign-in screen.

  3. Log in using your MyPima username and password, then drag and drop your files into the "Drag to Upload" section, or click to browse files, and then click NEXT.

  4. Set your preferred Print Settings, then click PRINT.

  5. Verify that the confirmation screen appears, indicating that the job has been sent to the printer, and click DONE or NEW PRINT to exit the submission screen.

Releasing the Job at a Campus Printer

  1. Locate any public printer station situated at the East, Northwest, Downtown, West, or Desert Vista campuses.
  2. Press the physical PrinterLogic icon on the printer's touchscreen control panel.

  3. Press the PIN button, enter your username and the last 4 digits of your Student ID (A Number) on the on-screen digital keyboard, then press Log In.A screenshot of the PrinterLogic PIN prompt for a Printer Control Panel
  4. Select the checkbox next to each document you want to print, then click the Printer Icon () in the bottom-right corner to start printing.
