When attempting to log into your Pima account via Duo, you may receive the following error message: "Page access not allowed" and "Your Duo account does not have access to this application. Please contact your IT help desk."

Solution

To resolve the Duo MFA "Page access not allowed" error, follow these steps:

  1. Check Network Connection 
    • Identify if the device is currently connected to a restricted external network (e.g., a military or government network).
    • These networks typically interfere with Duo Authentication. Attempt to connect from a separate network.
  2. Use a Private or Incognito Browser Window
  3. Clear Cache and Cookies
  4. Submit a Ticket:
    • If the steps above do not resolve the issue, please submit a Duo: Report Issue ticket for further assistance.
