Request a Laptop or Other IT-Provided Equipment (Employees Only)

Overview

Employees can use this service to request a laptop or other device from IT. Students should visit or call their nearest PCC Library for information about the technology lending program.

Details

IT will provide one laptop or desktop computer for full-time employees based on the needs of their job. IT will provide laptops to adjunct faculty based on availability and supervisor approval.

Standard equipment includes a laptop with a docking station, a monitor, and peripherals as detailed below: 

  • Windows laptop
  • Docking station and additional monitor(s)
  • Optional items: Mouse, keyboard, headset, webcam, USB Hub, device cover or case

Requests for devices outside of this standard require a business justification and supervisor approval.
