Overview
Employees can use this service to request a laptop or other device from IT. Students should visit or call their nearest PCC Library for information about the technology lending program.
This service is intended for semi-permanent assignments of equipment.
If the requested equipment is needed for a temporary purpose, such as an event, please submit an
IT Support for Scheduled Events request.
Details
IT will provide one laptop or desktop computer for full-time employees based on the needs of their job. IT will provide laptops to adjunct faculty based on availability and supervisor approval.
Standard equipment includes a laptop with a docking station, a monitor, and peripherals as detailed below:
- Windows laptop
- Docking station and additional monitor(s)
- Optional items: Mouse, keyboard, headset, webcam, USB Hub, device cover or case
Requests for devices outside of this standard require a business justification and supervisor approval.
