Enrolling the Duo Mobile App (Smartphone Only)

Follow these steps to enroll in the Duo Mobile App using your smartphone directly.

  1. Access the Portal: In a new tab or window, open the Duo Self-Enrollment Portal.

  2. On the "Select an option" page, tap Duo Mobile.

  1. Enter your 10-digit phone number and tap Add phone number. (Tap, I have a tablet if using a tablet without a cellular plan.)
  2. Verify the number and tap Yes, it’s correct.

  1. Download the Duo Mobile app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  1. Open the app, then switch back to your web browser tab. Tap Next and then Continue on the Open Duo Mobile ​​​​​​page.
  2. When prompted with "Open in Duo Mobile?", tap Open. The app will automatically register your account without a QR code.
  3. Accept the default account name and tap Done.
