How to Add a New Device to Duo

  1. Access the Portal: Navigate to the Duo Device Management Portal at: https://pima.login.duosecurity.com/devices.
  2. Authenticate: Log in with your credentials. When prompted for MFA, enter a Duo code or select the "Other Options" link on the login screen to choose a different authentication method.
  3. Initiate Setup: Once the dashboard opens, select the "Add a device" button.

  4. Select Method: Choose "Duo Mobile (recommended)" from the list of options.
  5. Complete Enrollment: Follow the on-screen instructions to scan the QR code and link your device.

What to Do if You Lost Your Duo Device​​​​​​​

If your primary device is lost, stolen, or broken, and you cannot log in to Duo to manage your settings, follow the process below:

  • Identity Verification Required: For security purposes, we must verify your identity before a new device can be manually attached to your account.
  • Submit a Ticket: Please submit the Duo: Report an Issue ticket to get started.
  • Next Steps: After submitting the request, a technician will contact you to schedule a time to verify your ID and restore your account access.
