Overview
Zoom is a video conferencing software that allows users to conduct virtual meetings, webinars, and online training sessions. It supports video, audio, and screen-sharing capabilities across various devices, making it ideal for remote work, online classes, and virtual team collaborations. Key features include:

Requirements
- A license is required to host meetings with no time limit and a maximum of 300 participants. Users can request a license through a Request Software ticket.
- An unlicensed account can host meetings; such meetings are limited to a maximum of 300 participants and 40 minutes.
- Zoom uses Single Sign-On (SSO) for login. Detailed instructions can be found in the Signing into Zoom with SSO article.

Installation
- For College-Owned Devices
- Zoom is deployed and automatically installed through the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub. If the application does not automatically install, follow the steps below:
- Open the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub on the device.
- Click your name in the bottom left of the app, then click Sync Device to update the app catalog.
- Click on the Apps tab, select All Apps, and check if Zoom is listed.
- If the app still does not appear, submit a Report a Software Problem ticket.
