- Clear Cache and Cookies
- Restart your computer
- If clearing your cache and cookies doesn't work, try restarting your computer.
- Try another browser or device
- If you're still unable to connect, try using another browser or device if possible.
- Install the desktop client
- Restart or reset the VM
- If you're able to sign in and connect to a VM but the screen is black or frozen, you can restart the machine from the three-dot dropdown menu next to the machine name in the sidebar, or reset it if the restart fails. Alternatively, you can try disconnecting from the machine, signing out, clearing the cache and cookies, and signing back in again. It may take a while for the machine to start back up and be available if it was reset.
- Contact your instructor
- If you're still unable to connect, you should contact your instructor for assistance. If your instructor is unable to help, you should reach out to it-coe-datacenter@pima.edu for further assistance or Submit a Ticket.
