VMWare Horizons is managed by the CIS department, NOT by IT. If you are unable to access VMWare after following these steps, contact it-coe-datacenter@pima.edu

Visit the website: https://account.pima.tech
Type in your MyPima username, which is your email address without "@mail.pima.edu" at the end.
Open your college email and look for an email containing a unique code.
Go back to the account management page on https://account.pima.tech and enter the code from your email.
Create a password that is at least 8 characters long and meets each of these conditions:
- At least one uppercase letter.
- At least one number.
- At least one special character (e.g., @, #).
- Username must not be part of the password.
Confirm the password you just created by entering it again.
