Before attempting to map File Shares you must connect to the Global Protect VPN.

How to Launch and Sign-in to the Global Protect VPN - Mac

If you do not have VPN access, please submit a ticket by clicking here or call IT at 520-206-4900

Step One: In Finder select Go in the top left of the screen, then select Connect to Server.



Step Two: Enter the Server Address for the Share Drive you would like to access leading with smb:// then click the + icon to add the server to favorites.


Y-Drive: smb://144.90.131.84/pcc-users/YourUserName

For other file shares replace nas-1 with 144.90.131.84
Example:  smb://nas-1/ABECC → smb://144.90.131.84/ABECC

Step Three: Enter your Pima Username and Password, then check the box to Remember your credentials if you use keychain.


You have now successfully mapped a Shared Folder!
