Overview
PrinterLogic is a print management software used to efficiently manage and deploy network printers. It eliminates the need for traditional print servers by allowing IT administrators to control printer settings, driver deployments, and user access through a centralized web-based console.

Installation
- PrinterLogic is deployed and automatically installed through the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub. If the application does not automatically install, follow the steps below:
- Open the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub on the device.
- Click your name in the bottom left of the app, then click Sync Device to update the app catalog.
- Click on the Apps tab, select All Apps, and check if PrinterLogic is listed.
- If the app still does not appear, submit a Report a Software Problem ticket.
Common Issues
- Problem: The PrinterLogic extension is missing from Google Chrome.
- Solution:
- Check Google Chrome Extensions:
- Open Google Chrome and type
chrome://extensions/
in the address bar.
- Look for the PrinterLogic Extension. If disabled, enable it.
- Check the WS1 Intelligent Hub:
- Follow the steps in the Installation section above.
Access Information
- Open Google Chrome and navigate to the PrinterLogic portal.

- Right-click the PrinterLogic icon in the taskbar and select "Add Printer..."
