Adding a Contact Using the Webex App
Steps to Take
To add a contact, click the plus sign and select
Add a contact
.
To add an internal contact, type the name in the search bar and click
Add
. You can add a contact to existing groups or create new groups.
To add a contact from outside the organization click
Create a custom contact
.
Type in your contact’s name and phone number, choose the contact group, and then click
Save
. Be sure to type the number exactly as you would dial it.
