Adding a Contact Using the Webex App

Steps to Take

  1. To add a contact, click the plus sign and select Add a contact.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  2. To add an internal contact, type the name in the search bar and click Add. You can add a contact to existing groups or create new groups.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

To add a contact from outside the organization click Create a custom contact.

  1. Type in your contact’s name and phone number, choose the contact group, and then click Save. Be sure to type the number exactly as you would dial it.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
