Introduction
Pima College provides Google accounts to all students, faculty, and staff upon enrollment or employment. In addition to other Google services, this account includes access to your Pima Google Calendar. Use your Pima Google Calendar to organize your schedule, create events and track RSVPs, sync to a mobile device, and share your calendar with others as desired.
Accessing your Pima Google Calendar
You can access your calendar by entering https://calendar.google.com/ into your web browser and logging in with your Pima email address and password.
Appointment Slots
With the Appointment Slots feature on your Pima Google Calendar you can identify blocks of time on your calendar during which other people can book appointments with you. For example, faculty members can use this feature to specify their Office Hours and have students schedule visits during those available hours.
Having someone select an appointment slot makes that slot unavailable for others to book and adds it to your calendar as an appointment.
Existing appointments remain as is and are excluded from the appointment slots.
