eBar and ePar Technical errors - Troubleshooting

The following triage steps apply to issues involving eBAR and ePAR requests.

  1. Attempt Basic Web Browser Troubleshooting
  2. Attempt Additional Troubleshooting
    • ePAR - "Sorry, this page isn't available."
      • Staff may receive the following error: "You are not authorized to access this page. Access denied by Page security check."
      • Ensure that the staff member has an active job, if they do, direct them to HR to confirm they have been granted access.
  3. Gather Information
    • If the issue persists after attempting the basic web browser troubleshooting steps, gather as much information as possible, including screenshotserror messages and any troubleshooting steps attempted.
  4. Escalate the Ticket
    • Once you have gathered the necessary information, escalate the ticket to the ES - Triage/Intake team for further assistance.
