The following triage steps apply to issues involving eBAR and ePAR requests.
- Attempt Basic Web Browser Troubleshooting
- Follow the steps below for Basic Web Browser Troubleshooting:
- Attempt Additional Troubleshooting
- ePAR - "Sorry, this page isn't available."
- Staff may receive the following error: "You are not authorized to access this page. Access denied by Page security check."
- Ensure that the staff member has an active job, if they do, direct them to HR to confirm they have been granted access.
- Gather Information
- If the issue persists after attempting the basic web browser troubleshooting steps, gather as much information as possible, including screenshots, error messages and any troubleshooting steps attempted.
- Escalate the Ticket
- Once you have gathered the necessary information, escalate the ticket to the ES - Triage/Intake team for further assistance.
