How to Run Adobe Apps in a Web Browser

Introduction

This article provides instructions for accessing Adobe Creative Cloud applications directly within a web browser without installing software.

Sign In to the Adobe Creative Cloud Website

If prompted to log in to the Adobe Creative Cloud App, follow the steps below:

  1. Visit creativecloud.adobe.com and click the Sign In button located at the top right of the navigation bar.

  2. Enter your full PCC email address (e.g., username@pima.edu or username@mail.pima.edu), then select Continue.

  3. When prompted to select an account type, select "Company or School Account".

  4. Complete the login process via the Pima Single Sign-on page using your username and password.

Launch an Application in the Browser

Many Adobe tools feature web-native editions that run entirely inside the browser window.

  1. Select the Apps tab from the menu on the left to browse the list of available applications.

  2. Select Open next to the chosen application.
    1. For some applications, you may only see a Download option.
    2. To open these apps, select the three dots (...), then select Open from the menu.

  3. The app will then open in the web browser.
