The Inventory Self-Service Tool allows college property custodians to view and update the inventory items assigned to them.

Troubleshooting Issues

If you are having trouble using or accessing Inventory Self Service, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear the cache and cookies in your browser
  2. Restart the computer
  3. Try launching the tool in an incognito or private session
  4. Try launching the tool in another browser
  5. If possible, try using another device to access the inventory tool.
  6. Verify that you are typing the A-number or Property Control Asset Tag number correctly
    • You may need to put the "A" in front of your ID number
  7. If you are still unable to use or access the tool, submit an IT ticket for assistance.
