- How can I get technical support for my Aviation Technology iPad?
- Aviation Technology iPads are considered a student's personal device. Students can visit any campus Tech Corner for assistance, or contact the Aviation Technology Center Lab.

- I have already graduated, but my iPad says it is managed by Pima:
- To request that an iPad be removed from Pima Community College's management systems after graduation, follow the steps below:
- Contact the Aviation Lab
- The Aviation Lab will verify your request and reach out to IT to perform the next steps.
- You will receive confirmation from IT or the Aviation Lab staff when your iPad has been removed from all management systems.
- Perform a Factory Reset
- After you receive the confirmation, perform a factory reset to remove the Pima-managed profile from the device.
