  • How can I get technical support for my Aviation Technology iPad?
    • Aviation Technology iPads are considered a student's personal device. Students can visit any campus Tech Corner for assistance, or contact the Aviation Technology Center Lab.

  • I have already graduated, but my iPad says it is managed by Pima:
    • To request that an iPad be removed from Pima Community College's management systems after graduation, follow the steps below:
      1. Contact the Aviation Lab
        • The Aviation Lab will verify your request and reach out to IT to perform the next steps.
        • You will receive confirmation from IT or the Aviation Lab staff when your iPad has been removed from all management systems.
      2. Perform a Factory Reset
