To resolve the semantically invalid request error, follow these steps:

  1. Verify Password Requirements
    • Check your current or newly proposed password against institutional security policies.
    • Ensure the credential fully meets the criteria outlined in the MyPima Password Requirements guide.
    • Remove any common phrases, consecutive sequences, or easily identifiable personal data, such as names or dates.
  2. Mobile Browser Compatibility
    • If you encounter this validation message on a mobile device, verify that you are accessing the link through a supported browser environment.
      • iOS Devices (iPhone/iPad): Open the link and complete the transaction using only the native Safari browser.
      • Android Devices: Open the link and complete the transaction using only the official Google Chrome browser.
