- "The request was syntactically correct but its content is semantically invalid."
This error can indicate a range of issues with your account, from a password that doesn’t meet our requirements to deeper account problems.
Solution
To resolve the semantically invalid request error, follow these steps:
- Verify Password Requirements
- Check your current or newly proposed password against institutional security policies.
- Ensure the credential fully meets the criteria outlined in the MyPima Password Requirements guide.
- Remove any common phrases, consecutive sequences, or easily identifiable personal data, such as names or dates.
- Mobile Browser Compatibility
- If you encounter this validation message on a mobile device, verify that you are accessing the link through a supported browser environment.
- iOS Devices (iPhone/iPad): Open the link and complete the transaction using only the native Safari browser.
- Android Devices: Open the link and complete the transaction using only the official Google Chrome browser.
