Account Not found/Disabled

Are you seeing an error when you attempt to create an account in account.pima.tech? Click here for
assistance.

Account Disabled

This error is found when there is no entry in our internal Active Directory records. Submit this
request with the following required information:

  1. Full name, MyPima email and A number
  2. CIS class or classes names and CRNs

Forgot Password/Reset VMware Password

Did you forget your password to access VMWare Horizons? You can reset it anytime by going to
account.pima.tech. Submit a request here if unable to reset with that method.

Password self-reset

  1. Go to https://account.pima.tech.
  2. Enter username without @mail.pima.edu at the end.
  3. Go to your email inbox and wait for a code. 
    • Email is wrong (If you are informed that the email address is wrong, proceed to
      submitting the request)
  4. Enter the code.
  5. Reset password with a unique password.
    • Says password invalid (Tell them their password did not meet the password
      requirements and they could generate a random password with a password
      manage such as LastPass, 1Password, or KeePass)
  6.  Login. (If these steps do not work, proceed to submitting the request).
