Google Meet

Overview

Google Hangouts Meet allows you to schedule your own video conferences and is integrated with Google Calendar. Use the service to request support or report a problem with Hangouts Meet. 

Details

Google Hangouts Meet videoconferencing is available to all PCC employees. Features include:

  • Join a video conference using a webcam or dial in from your phone for audio-only access
  • Screen sharing
  • Captioning - Google provides real-time captions during the meeting
  • No browser plug-ins or downloaded apps are required

To add videoconferencing to any event in Google Calendar, click Add conferencing and choose Hangouts Meet:
