Overview

Request support for a new service or a modification to an existing Enterprise Systems supported service.

Details

When submitting a ticket you will be asked to select a Service Category, an Application Group, and an Application. Depending on the options selected you may also be requested to provide more information.

Service Categories:

Data Request A one-time data request.
Development Services Request development services
New Pima Report Request a report for data that will be needed on an ongoing basis.
Business Process or Systems Analysis Request an analysis and recommendation for a new or existing business process or system.
   
Other Service Request Request for service not fitting prior categories.
