Faculty can use this service to request support, consultations, and training for classroom technology and instructional software. Our educational technology team can also help plan and implement classroom technology upgrades.
Details
Support and training are available for classroom technology including lectern computers, projectors, SMART Boards, room control and audio systems, webcams and video conferencing systems, document cameras, wireless microphones, collaboration systems, and active learning spaces. We can also help with best practices for using laptop and tablet carts in your classroom.
Support is also available for instructional software including Gmail and other Google apps, Microsoft Office, SMART Notebook, Sphere2 (document camera software), Respondus (exam and quiz authoring), and others.
