When attempting to log into your Pima Gmail, or when opening Gmail from the MyPima widget, you may receive the following error message: "400 The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried."

Solution

1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure a fresh session.
2. Open an incognito tab or a private browser window, and navigate to gmail.com 
3. Log in with your Pima email address.
   • For example, jsmith@mail.pima.edu for students or jsmith@pima.edu for staff.
4. Enter your Pima credentials into the MyPima Login Page.
5. You will then be prompted to accept the Google Terms and Conditions.  

Once the terms are accepted, the account should be accessible again.
