This document provides detailed instructions on how to update your phone number and other personal information within MyPima and Banner, ensuring that contact details are accurate and up-to-date.

Instructions

To update your phone information in MyPima and Banner, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to MyPima:
    • Start by accessing the MyPima portal and logging in using your credentials.
    • Using the search bar at the top of the page, type "Update Personal Information" and click the first link OR navigate directly to the "Personal Information" page.
  2. Update Phone Numbers or Addresses:
    • On the Personal Information page, locate the information you need to update.
    • Click on the "Add New" button or the Pencil icon next to the information you wish to edit.
  3. Save Changes:
    • A new pop-up window will appear. Make the necessary changes, ensuring accuracy.
    • Once you've updated your information, remember to click on the "Add" or "Update" buttons to save the changes.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any errors or issues while attempting to update your personal information, contact the Registrar's Office for assistance. They can update your records on your behalf.
