Introduction

Bongo (formerly "YouSeeU") is a tool used in D2L virtual classrooms to submit video assignments.

Installation

• Bongo is completely web-based, so no installation is required.

Access Information

1. Log in to D2L/Brightspace.
2. Navigate to the specific course page where your instructor assigned the Bongo activity.
3. Find and click on the assignment or virtual classroom link provided by your instructor in the course menu or content modules.
4. Clicking the link automatically logs you in to Bongo and registers you for the session without requiring a separate password.

Common Issues

• Problem: Unable to record or submit video assignments with Bongo
  • Solutions:
    1. Perform Web Browser Troubleshooting, including clearing cache and cookies.
    2. Sign out of D2L and sign back in again.
    3. Verify with the course instructor that the assignment is active and open to submissions.
    4. For further support, submit a D2L/Brightspace Support ticket.
