How to Request Assistance With AI Tools

Introduction

This article provides instructions for Pima Community College staff on how to request support for AI tools at the college.

Details

Staff can request assistance with AI tools via a few different options:

1. Join the AI-Community Google Chat Space to ask questions via either of the following methods:
   1. Navigate directly to the chat space at chat.google.com/room/AAQAaDwp84E
   2. Open Google Chat, select "New Chat", choose "Browse Spaces", and search for "AI-Community" to join the Google Chat space.
2. Email AI-related questions directly to help-ai@pima.edu.
3. Schedule a 15-minute appointment to meet with Joe Boehm via the AI Support Appointment Calendar​​​​​​​.
