MyPima Error - "Account Not Found"

When attempting to log in or reset your password, you may receive the following error message:

  • "Account Not Found"

This error indicates that the username entered doesn't match our records.

Solution

To resolve the "Account Not Found" error, follow these steps:

  1. Verify the Username: Confirm that the entered username is spelled correctly and contains no extra spaces or typos.
  2. Recover a Forgotten Username: If the exact username is unknown, retrieve the username using the Forgot Username tool.
    • Select Forgot Password from the MyPima login page, or navigate to account.pima.edu/forgotuid
    • Enter your personal email address you used when applying to the college to receive your account username.
