Adding a Contact Using the Webex App

Procedure

  1. To add a contact, click the plus sign and select Add a contact.Image of the window with arrows pointing to the plus sign and its drop-down menu.
  2. To add an internal contact, type the name in the search bar and click Add. You can add a contact to existing groups or create new groups.Image of the Add a contact window, with contact group drop-down list, search field, and custom contact link.

To add a contact from outside the College, click Create a custom contact.

  1. Type in your contact’s name and phone number, choose the contact group, and then click Save. Be sure to type the number exactly as you would dial it.Image of the Add a Contact window, with fields for name, group, and phone number.
