Introduction
A SMART interactive display may not automatically boot to the correct input, experience a delay in receiving a video signal, or need to be used with a device that isn't connected through a typical AV system.
Process
To change the input on a SMART interactive display, use one of the methods below.
Method 1: Using the On-Screen Menu

On the Home screen, tap Input
to view thumbnails of all the input options.

Tap an input thumbnail to display it on the screen. (See the Input Status Guide below to understand thumbnail states).

To return to the iQ input, tap the Home button.
Method 2: Using the Front Control Panel or Remote

Press the Input
button on the front control panel (or the remote control if your display has one) to open the input menu.

Press the Input
button repeatedly until IQ (or your desired input) is highlighted or selected.
Input Status Guide
When viewing input options, thumbnails indicate the status of connected devices:

No device connected (Gray thumbnail): Indicates no active device is connected to this input.

Device in Sleep mode (Black thumbnail): Indicates a device is connected to this input but is currently inactive or sleeping.

Active device (Live preview): The thumbnail shows a live preview screen of the connected device.

Touch control available
: Indicates a USB cable is successfully connected between the display and the device, enabling touch features.
