Requesting New Ink and Toner Cartridges

To request new ink and toner cartridges, please contact HP Printer Support directly. Make sure to provide your Printer ID when making the request. 

  • Toner cartridges can be installed by any staff member. 
  • For assistance with installing ink or toner cartridges, submit a Printer Support Service request.

Recycling Ink and Toner Cartridges

To recycle used HP ink and toner cartridges, place the return label included inside the shipping box directly over the original shipping label. Once sealed, deliver the package to the receiving department for outbound shipment. Additional labels for ink recycling can be requested from HP's website. [External Link]

Locating Printer ID

To initiate maintenance, service, or toner replacement for your printer with HP Printer Support, please ensure you have the Printer ID. The printer ID is located on the identification sticker attached to the printer, as shown in the image below. If the HP sticker is missing or no longer visible, please submit a Printer Support Service request.
